From the moment you step through the doors the atmosphere is serene, welcoming, and deeply calming. What made the experience truly exceptional for me was the meditation portion! It allowed me to step away from all my stress and get into the perfect head space to enjoy the intuitive light touch technique to its absolute fullest. I have had sessions with Alek, Monica, and Aurora. They create a warm, intentional, and non-judgmental space where you can fully unwind. I walked out feeling light, re-centered, and deeply refreshed in a way I haven't felt in a very long time. I cannot recommend them highly enough, do yourself a favor and book an appointment!
