Services. Tao Tantra provides Meditation Classes, Tantra Massage, Reiki Massage, Tantra Couples Massage, Tantra For Women, Tantra For Men and related services. Service descriptions on the Site are for general informational purposes; specific scope, pricing, and timelines are confirmed in writing prior to engagement.
Your Responsibilities. You agree to provide accurate information when requested, to keep account credentials secure, and to comply with applicable laws when using the Site.
Forbidden Use. Do not (i) break any law via the Site; (ii) interfere with operations; (iii) scrape or copy content; (iv) transmit harmful code; or (v) misrepresent yourself.
Copyright. Site content is owned by or licensed to Tao Tantra and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute content without written permission.
Fees. Quoted prices appear in your written service agreement. Payment timing and refund policies are governed by that agreement.
Termination Rights. We may end your access to the Site at our discretion, including for breach of these Terms. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior.
Service Disclaimer. The Site and its content are made available without warranties of any kind. Tao Tantra does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access.
Liability Cap. Where permitted by law, Tao Tantra's total liability for any claim related to the Site is capped at amounts paid by you in the prior twelve (12) months.
Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tao Tantra from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
Jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by AL law. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in AL for any dispute arising out of these Terms.
Term Changes. Tao Tantra may modify these Terms at any time. Updates take effect upon posting on this Site, and continued use is deemed acceptance.
